We have MLS data for 15 counties, tax records for 15 counties, all property transfers through Beasley Reports and computer indexing for 8 counties, tax plats for primary counties, and access to many others, GIS capability, demographic data from the GSCCCA and Marshall & Swift online cost data, and extensive mapping software.
We have a full-time office with support personnel who are available to answer your questions. There are also usually several appraisers in the office at any given time to provide further assistance. We are continually updating and improving our technology and methods of delivery to better serve YOUR needs.

We can accurately identify the type of value needed, whether it be fee-simple, partial interest, investment value, insurance (cost) value, or others, and accurately arrive at the correct value. We have performed many litigation appraisals (divorce, estates, takings, others) and provided hours of accurate and unbiased expert testimony for our clients. CAS is a technologically proficient company, taking full advantage of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and can delivery appraisals world-wide via the Internet and direct computer links, which speeds up response time from lenders to customers.
We have four on-staff appraisers with varying expertise and specialties. We typically complete a residential appraisal in five business days or less, aand commercial narrative appraisals in two weeks or less. We are also on call for all your 'rush' needs.
Our appraisers have a total of 41 years of experience in the field, having performed over 21,000 appraisals since our inception in 1986. We have seen virtually every type of property there is, dealt with the most unusual circumstances with properties, and spent hours on the phone with underwriters (we KNOW what they are looking for!). Our staff has logged over 1,100 hours of continuing education since USPAP became law in 1991.
